Welcome to our reading blog. Our theme this summer is Be Creative at the Library. We have been busy ordering new books and prizes and making arrangements for our Thursday Adventures. Registration begins the first week of June.
I was thinking it might be fun if we had a book review this summer. It really is simple all you need to do is write a short description of the book you have chosen to read and include the title and author.
Start reading and post your review right here on this blog.

Trips with Clifford and Garfield
Garfield went to Lake of the Woods. He was sitting on the bench watching the water waiting to take a boat ride. After his long day of having fun in the sun Garfield is going to take a nap.
Caroline took Clifford with her to Michigan because Caroline was a flower girl in a wedding.

Wisconsin Dells here I come !!!!
Ian and Ryan are taking me to Wisconsin Dells!! I am very excited!
Later that day... Our hotel has 2 water parks. I'll rest in the room while they go in the water.
Tuesday, June 24, we rode the Wisconsin ducks today. They are old army vehicles that can go on land and water. Unfortunately, the lake changed (it's gone) and we had to go all the way around town to enter another lake to see the water and rocks the Wisconsin Dells are famous for. The guide said the rocks were made by moving glaciers over a million years ago. We also saw an area where a lot of things that people lost from their homes washed up, like couches and chairs. On the way back to the dock, our "duck" got a flat tire. What an adventure.
Wednesday, June 25, we started our drive back home to Chesterton. We stopped at Mars Cheese Castle and the Brat Stop. We sampled lots of cheese. Ian and Ryan bought fresh pepperoni & smoked string cheese. I am so happy I saw Wisconsin Dells with Ian & Ryan.
I wonder where I'll go next???
